SBR Buff-a-cue Chicken Dip
with Buffalo Wing Sauce and Original Barbecue Sauce

- 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Buff-a-Cue Sauce
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 oz Buff-a-Cue Sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions for garnish
- Buff-A-Cue Sauce
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
- Buffalo Wing Sauce (undefined)
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, Buff-a-Cue sauce, and red onion. Mix well.
- Spread in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
- Place 1 oz Buff-a-cue sauce in a squeeze bottle and drizzle over the top in a circular fashion.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly, and the cheese is golden brown.
- Garnish with scallions and serve warm with pita chips, breadsticks, or tortilla chips.
