Buff-a-cue Chili Con Carne
with Buffalo Wing Sauce and Original Barbecue Sauce

- 1 pound ground beef
- Olive oil
- ¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
- ¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (22 ounces) Southern Pit Barbecue Grillin’ Beans, undrained
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Sour cream for garnish
- Shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
- Tortilla chips for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add onions, cooking until translucent, then add garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain oil from the beef and discard.
- Add diced tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce, and Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce to the ground beef. Heat to boiling and then reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Top individual servings with shredded cheese and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
