Buffalo Chicken Chili

with Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 3 to 4
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ¼ cup carrots, chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • ½ cup cannellini white beans
  • ½ cup black beans
  • ½ cup kidney beans
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Dipping Sauce
Instructions
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken, chili powder, and garlic powder to the pan. Brown the chicken, breaking up the meat into small pieces until cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
  • Add onion, carrot, and celery to the pan and cook, stirring until the vegetables soften, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add beans, ground chicken, diced tomatoes, and Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Dipping Sauce to the vegetable mixture and cook on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
