Buff-A-Cue Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich
with Buffalo Wing Sauce and Original Barbecue Sauce

- 12 oz cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 8 oz Buff-a-cue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bread
- 2-3 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- Buff-A-Cue Sauce:
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with Buff-a-cue sauce and mix.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of 4 slices of bread, place 1/4 cup of cheese.
- On top of the cheese, layer on some chicken and top off with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place sandwiches on the hot skillet, cooking about 3-4 minutes on each side. Flip when golden brown.
- Sandwiches are done when the cheese is melted, and the chicken is warm. Serve with chips or fries.
