Loaded Buffalo Chicken Nachos
with Buffalo Wing Sauce

- Chicken breast, diced
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups cheddar, shredded
- ½ of a red onion, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- Fresh cilantro
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- In a pan over high heat, cook chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce and continue cooking until finished.
- In cast iron skillet, layer half the tortilla chips, half the Buffalo chicken, half the bacon, half the red onion, and half the tomato.
- Repeat with the other half of the ingredients.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh cilantro and sour cream.
