Kickin’ Bell Pepper Chicken
with Buffalo Wing Sauce

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce & Glaze
- 1 of each bell peppers: red, orange, yellow
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken into a baking pan that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread 1 tablespoon SBR Buffalo Wing Sauce onto each chicken breast.
- Slice peppers and place them onto chicken as well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over all, to taste.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes until done.
- Serve over rice and enjoy.
