Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

with Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
Ingredients
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Blue cheese, crumbled
  • Green onions
Instructions
  • Heat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, and Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Stir until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from the oven.
  • In a large bowl, combine meatballs and more Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Stir until all meatballs are covered with sauce.
  • Sprinkle meatballs with blue cheese and green onions.
  • Serve.
