Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
with Buffalo Wing Sauce

- Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Blue cheese, crumbled
- Green onions
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400°F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, and Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Stir until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from the oven.
- In a large bowl, combine meatballs and more Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Stir until all meatballs are covered with sauce.
- Sprinkle meatballs with blue cheese and green onions.
- Serve.
