Tomato Sausage Flatbread
with Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade

- 1 flatbread crust
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, roasted, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup white onion, caramelized
- 1/4 cup plum tomato, halved, dry roasted
- 1/2 cup Italian fennel sausage, cooked
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp Romano, grated
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Place flatbread crust on a baking sheet and brush with Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides.
- Evenly distribute mozzarella, pepper, onion, tomato, and sausage over the crust.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Top with basil and Romano.
