Garlic Buffalo Parmesan Chicken Quesadilla
with Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce and Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade

- "Four 10"" flour tortillas
- 12 oz. chicken breast, grilled and diced into 1/4"" pieces
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced 1/4""
- 2 fluid ounces Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade
- 2 fluid ounces Sweet Baby Ray’s Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup avocado, diced 1/4""
- 1 tbsp melted butter for grilling

Instructions
- Toss the warm diced chicken with the Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade and Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce.
- Drizzle some butter in a cast-iron pan or on a flat-top grill, medium heat.
- Place 2 tortillas on the grill.
- Top each tortilla with chicken, then tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Cover each with the second tortilla shell.
- Remove from heat and cut into 4-6 wedges.
- Plate and serve with sour cream and/or pico de gallo and lime wedges.
