Spicy Garlic Buffalo Meatballs
with Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade and Buffalo Wing Sauce

- ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, shaved
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, egg, and 1/4 of the sauce mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from the oven and top with the remaining sauce and mozzarella. Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Top with basil and Parmesan.
- Brush each slice of bread with olive oil, top with garlic, and bake until brown and crispy.
- Serving suggestions:
- Plate in a small cast-iron skillet.
- Serve with one or two slices of crostini bread.
