Stuffed BBQ Green Peppers
with Original Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium green peppers
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 12 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Cut the green peppers in half. Remove all seeds and boil for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients except 6 oz. of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce.
- Divide hamburger mix into 8 equal portions and stuff green peppers. Place peppers on a baking sheet in an oven set at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- After 35 minutes, remove excess grease from each pepper. Top with 1 oz. of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
