BBQ Steak and Potato Skewers
with Original Barbecue Sauce

- 1 lb new potatoes, about 1” in diameter
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, plus additional for seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt, plus additional for seasoning
- 2 striploin steaks, cut into 1” cubes
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut water chestnuts in half, cut bacon in thirds, and cut pineapple into 1-inch pieces.
- Stack one-half water chestnut and a piece of pineapple, then wrap bacon around tightly. Secure with a toothpick.
- Place on a baking sheet and generously drizzle with Sweet Baby Ray's.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
