Cranberry Ginger BBQ-Roasted Split Turkey Breast
with Original Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger root, peeled, grated
- ½ cup apple cider
- 3-5 pounds split turkey breast, bone-in
- 1 tbsp garlic, granulated
- ½ tablespoon salt, Kosher
- ½ tablespoon pepper, ground, black
- Baking pan, 9x13 inches or larger
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Using a large mixing bowl mix the Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce, cranberry sauce, ginger and apple cider well. Place in a medium size saucepan and bring to a simmer. Once the sauce has come to a simmer remove from the heat, cool and reserve until needed.
- First determine if your pan is large enough to fit the split turkey breast.
- Mix the granulated garlic, kosher salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Season both sides of the split turkey breast lightly. Roast as directed on the packaging.
- Halfway through the cooking process, glaze the turkey breast with 2-3 tablespoons of cranberry ginger BBQ sauce. 10 minutes prior to being fully cooked, glaze the turkey breast with an additional 2-3 tablespoons of cranberry ginger BBQ sauce.
- Serve the turkey with extra sauce on the side.
