Barbecue Beef Sandwich
with Original Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds chuck roast
- 2 large onions sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Red chili pepper flakes to taste
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Place roast in a roasting pan, arranging onions and garlic over the roast. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix barbecue sauce and wine in a bowl and pour it over the top of the roast.
- Cover and cook in a 350-degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Turn the oven down to 300 degrees and continue cooking for an additional hour.
- After cooking, pull apart the roast with a fork and mix it in with the sauce in the roasting pan.
- Serve piled onto sandwich buns or Kaiser rolls.
