Slow Cooker BBQ Carnitas Tacos
with Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle Sauce
- 1 (15.25-ounce) can corn
- 6” corn tortillas, warmed
- Cilantro, for topping
Instructions
- Mix cumin and smoked paprika together and rub into all sides of the pork.
- Place the pork into a slow cooker with minced garlic and coat with Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle Sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Remove pork and pull apart until completely shredded.
- Serve in corn tortillas and top with corn, onion, and cilantro.
