BBQ Pulled Pork Pot Pie
with Original Barbecue Sauce

- Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 ½ pounds pulled pork
- Cheddar
- Cornbread topping
- Onions, pickled
- Sour cream
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In a Crock-Pot, combine pork and Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce. Cover and let cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Remove pork and use 2 forks to pull pork into pieces.
- Using a cup, create circular pieces of cornbread. Set aside.
- Place pulled pork in small oven-safe dishes. Top with cheddar and cornbread piece.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove dishes from the oven and top with sour cream and onions to serve.
