- Harpoon Camp Wannamango BBQ Glaze:
- 6 oz. Harpoon Camp Wannamango (or another crisp Harpoon ale)
- 12 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Original
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp fennel seed
- Steak:
- 4 12-oz. NY sirloin steaks
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- 8 oz. Camp Wannamango BBQ Sauce
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Harpoon Camp Wannamango BBQ Glaze:
- In a stainless steel bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. This will create 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
