BBQ Chicken & Cheddar Pizza Roll Me Ups
with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 roll of pizza dough in can
- 2 cups prepared shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 1/2 cups shredded smoked cheddar cheese
- Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Smothered and mix shredded chicken in Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce, to taste.
- Open can of dough and press into a rectangle shape.
- Spread or drizzle ranch dressing evenly over dough then top evenly with BBQ chicken, cilantro, and cheddar cheese.
- Starting at the long end, roll the dough into a log shape. Using a sharp knife, cut 1-inch pieces and place them onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
