BBQ Meatloaf
with Original Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Substitute with potato flakes for a gluten-free option.)
- 1 1/2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce (divided)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix the first 8 ingredients and a half cup of SBR thoroughly in a large bowl.
- Once mixed, form the mixture into a log shape and place in a meatloaf pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- While the meatloaf is baking, make the gravy by heating 1 cup of SBR and a 1/2 cup of chicken stock in a saucepan until warm, then drizzle over the finished meatloaf.
- Slice and serve with roasted potatoes, asparagus, or other desired side dishes.
- Note: This meatloaf could easily be formed into great burgers for your next BBQ.
