BBQ Cheeseburger Cups
with Original Barbecue Sauce

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 hamburger buns
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
- 8 pickles
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Turn off heat and drain grease.
- Add in Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce. Mix until combined.
- Press tops of hamburger buns into muffin tins.
- Divide meat mixture between buns.
- Top each one with cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until buns are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Top with red onion and a pickle.
