In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce and the salsa, set aside.
Combine beans, remaining 1/2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce and sour cream in a medium bowl. Stir with a fork, mashing the beans against the side if the bowl (mixture will be lumpy). Stir in chili powder.
Place 1 tortilla in a nonstick skillet.
Spread with about 1/4 cup of the bean mixture, starting at the center and leaving a 3/4-inch edge. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with another tortilla.
Cook over medium/high heat until light brown.
Flip the quesadilla and cook until the cheese is melted.
