BBQ Bacon Smokies
with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 4
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 10 mini-smokies sausages
- 5 applewood-smoked bacon slices, par-cooked, cut in half
- 3 wooden skewers, large
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Wrap each small sausage with half a slice of par-cooked bacon. Skewer 5 on each skewer.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast in a 350-degree oven for 5-8 minutes or until the bacon starts to crisp.
- Glaze with half of the BBQ sauce and continue to roast for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and glaze with the remaining BBQ sauce. Serve immediately.
