BBQ & Bacon Grilled Cheese
with Original Barbecue Sauce

- 4 slices sourdough bread
- Mayonnaise
- 1 cup yellow cheddar, shredded
- 6 strips bacon, cooked
- Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Place a skillet on a grill over medium heat.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread, then place two slices of bread face down in the pan.
- Quickly build the grilled cheese by adding cheese, bacon, and barbecue sauce, followed by more cheese to each sandwich.
- Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side up.
- When the bottom of the sandwich is golden brown, flip and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve with additional barbecue sauce for dipping.
