Barbecue Sheet Pan Chicken
with Original Barbecue Sauce

- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss zucchini and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Arrange on a large sheet pan.
- Generously coat chicken in Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce and add to the sheet pan.
- Bake until chicken is cooked through and the zucchini and potatoes are tender, about 20-30 minutes.
