with Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce

- 1 each store-bought flatbread dough
- 2 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheeses
- 4 oz. smoked beef brisket, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup red onions, julienne
- 2 tbsp dill pickles, diced
- 1 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tbsp scallions, diced
Instructions
- Brush dough with Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
- Top with the cheeses, brisket, onion, and pickles.
- Bake at 400 degrees F until crisp.
- Remove, cut, and garnish with a drizzle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce and diced scallions.
