BBQ Meatball Sliders
with Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce

- 1 lb ground beef
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 12 brioche buns
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- To make the meatballs, in a bowl mix ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, bread crumbs, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, and egg. Mix with a fork to combine.
- Scoop the meat using a 1/4 cup measuring cup and then form it into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking pan and put them into the preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place them in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cover the meatballs with BBQ sauce and cover the pot, allowing them to simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
- Slice the bun in half and place the bottom half side by side in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Place one meatball on each bun, then cover with cheese and top with the tops of the bun.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce mixed together.
- Place into the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting in between the buns to serve.
