Sizzling Summer Swordfish

with Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 thick-cut swordfish steak
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • non-stick vegetable oil
Instructions
  • Heat grill to medium temperature.
  • Season swordfish with salt, pepper, and oil.
  • Cook steak for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Slather liberally with Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce and enjoy.
