Pineapple Marinated Crunch Wings
with Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 oz. pineapple juice
- 4 oz. coconut milk
- 2 oz. honey
- 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice, fresh
- 6 oz. SBR Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce
- 24 each chicken wings
Instructions
- Combine the first five marinade ingredients and place in a non-reactive container with chicken wings for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and grill chicken wings until the internal temperature maintains 165°F 15 seconds and place in a mixing bowl. Toss with 3 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce until all wings are coated.
- Remove to a serving plate and garnish with 3 oz. sauce and serve immediately.
