Bacon, Egg & Cheeseburger
with Honey Barbecue Sauce

- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce
- For Serving:
- 6 English muffins, lightly toasted and cut in half
- 12 cooked bacon slices, cut in half
- 6 fried eggs
- 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat, then brush and lightly oil the grates.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix fully, then shape into 6 round patties.
- Place the burgers onto the hot grill and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill on each side for 3-4 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Just before removing from the grill, add cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- To assemble, place each burger on a halved English muffin, followed by a fried egg and bacon, then top with Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce and the English muffin top.
