Beer-Brined Chicken Wings
with Honey Barbecue Sauce

- 1 can of beer
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Canola oil
- ¾ cup favorite Sweet Baby Ray’s Sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add wings and pour beer over them.
- Dry the wings with a paper towel to ensure the batter will stay.
- Heat canola oil in a deep pan or Dutch oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix dry ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Dip wings in dry mix and place them directly into the oil until they are golden brown.
- Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Place your desired amount of your favorite Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce in a large bowl and add a few wings at a time, toss to coat.
