Sweet Teriyaki Pork Ramen
with Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade

- ½ pound sliced pork tenderloin
- Two 3 ounce portions of uncooked ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
- Sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 6 scallions, sliced, white and green parts separated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork with granulated garlic, salt, and black pepper and let stand.
- In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and pork slices. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until done, then remove pork.
- Add white scallions and ginger to the drippings in the Dutch oven. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes, then add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Once the broth is boiling, add the ramen noodles and boil until tender.
- In a medium-sized pan placed over medium-high heat, add Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade to the pork slices. Cook for 3 minutes or until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat.
- Assemble ramen by adding broth, noodles, and vegetables and topping with teriyaki pork.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining scallions.
