Sweet Chili Meatballs
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 5Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup minced white onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 18 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce
- Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade (undefined)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except Sweet Red Chili Sauce in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 36 one-ounce meatballs.
- Place on a sheet pan and bake in a 350-degree oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Drain and reserve meatballs.
- Heat SBR Sweet Red Chili Sauce in a saucepan, add meatballs and toss.
- Transfer glazed meatballs to a chafing dish or platter. Serve.
