Sweet Chili Sheet Pan Salmon
with Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade

- 1 pound salmon, sliced
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Marinade
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade (undefined)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Arrange on a large sheet pan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add salmon fillets, skin side down.
- Whisk together garlic, salt, pepper, and Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Marinade and brush it on the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the salmon is cooked through. Serve immediately.
