Smoked Tomato Burger
with Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

- 1 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tbsp Ken's® Chipotle Mayonnaise
- 1 ground beef patty, fresh
- 1 Jalapeño, smoked seeded, skinned
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 slices Smoked Gouda cheese
- 3 smoked tomato comfit
- 1 Brioche bun, toasted
Instructions
- Grill burger to 155°F.
- Cover with jalapeno, cheese, tomato, and remove to toasted bun spread with 1 tablespoon Ken's Chipotle Mayonnaise on each side. Finish on top with SBR Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ and grilled tomatoes.
- Serve with crispy fried onion rings.
