Smoked Tomato Burger

with Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ken's® Chipotle Mayonnaise
  • 1 ground beef patty, fresh
  • 1 Jalapeño, smoked seeded, skinned
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices Smoked Gouda cheese
  • 3 smoked tomato comfit
  • 1 Brioche bun, toasted
Instructions
  • Grill burger to 155°F.
  • Cover with jalapeno, cheese, tomato, and remove to toasted bun spread with 1 tablespoon Ken's Chipotle Mayonnaise on each side. Finish on top with SBR Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ and grilled tomatoes.
  • Serve with crispy fried onion rings.
