BBQ Pork Spare Ribs
with Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 2-4 pounds Pork Spare Ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
- Place ribs on grill. Cook for about 15 minutes, flip and cook another 15 minutes.
- Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Flip ribs back to the original side, baste with sauce mixture and cook 15 minutes. Continue cooking, basting and flipping for another 45 minutes or until tender.
- Allow to cool and serve with additional Sweet Baby Ray's.
