Maple BBQ Teriyaki Meatballs
with Maple Barbecue Sauce

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup white onion, minced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 9 ounces Sweet Baby Ray's Maple Barbecue Sauce
- 9 ounces Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
Instructions
- Toast the 8 slices of bread.
- To assemble sandwiches, apply mayo to toasted bread (more or less to taste).
- Add 1 piece of lettuce on top of 4 slices of bread, followed by 2 tomato slices.
- Place 3 slices of bacon evenly on top of the tomato.
- Top again with one more leaf of lettuce.
- Top with the remaining toast slice.
- For the Meatballs in Maple BBQ Teriyaki Sauce:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine ground beef, dry bread crumbs, white onion, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 36 one-ounce meatballs.
- Place on a sheet pan and bake in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Drain and put meatballs aside.
- Combine Sweet Baby Ray's Maple Barbecue Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade to create Maple BBQ Teriyaki sauce. Mix well.
- Heat Maple BBQ Teriyaki sauce in a saucepan, then add the meatballs and coat.
- Transfer glazed meatballs to a chafing dish or platter and serve.
