Mango Habanero Grilled Shrimp
with Mango Habanero Wing Sauce

- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce
- 3 pounds jumbo shrimp, uncooked with shell removed and deveined
- Parsley & lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium.
- Rinse and pat dry shrimp, then thread on skewers* and baste with Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce.
- Place shrimp on grill and cook 1-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and the meat is white.
- Plate and garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve immediately with sauce for dipping.
- If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak in water for 30 minutes before cooking so they don’t burn while on the hot grill.
