Mango Habanero Chicken Sandwich

with Mango Habanero Wing Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce
  • 1 can pineapple round slices, grilled
  • 1 red onion, sliced & grilled
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Coleslaw
Instructions
  • Pour Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce over chicken and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat and lightly coat the pineapple and red onion slices with cooking spray.
  • Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • When you flip the chicken, place pineapple and red onion slices on the grill; cook for about 2 minutes per side.
  • To assemble sandwiches, add coleslaw, lettuce, and tomato to the bottom bun and add pineapple, red onion, and chicken on top. Finish with more sauce and the top bun.
