Kickin’ BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
with Kickin' Barbecue Hot Sauce

- Pulled Pork
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays Kickin’ Barbecue Hot Sauce
- 1 package brioche buns
- salt and pepper to taste
- Coleslaw Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Barbecue Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Pulled Pork: In bowl of slow cooker, combine 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Barbecue Hot Sauce, broth, salt and pepper. Add pork shoulder, toss to coat. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, or until pork is very tender.
- Using 2 forks, transfer pork to cutting board and shred. Return to slow cooker and toss with sauce. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. Keep warm.
- Coleslaw: In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss in coleslaw mix and parsley until well coated.
- Serve pulled pork in buns with coleslaw, Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Barbecue Sauce and hot banana peppers.
