Spicy Garlic Sausage Kabobs

with Sweet Baby Ray’s Spicy Garlic Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Spicy Garlic Hot Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Barbecue
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lb smoked sausages cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 large onion cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 16 cremini mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 large skewers
Instructions
  • In small bowl, stir together Sweet Baby Ray’s Spicy Garlic Hot Sauce, oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well.
  • Onto skewers, evenly thread sausage, onion, green pepper, red pepper and mushrooms. Brush skewers with spicy garlic chili mixture.
  • Grill kebabs, turning occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until grill marked. Brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Barbecue. Grill, turning occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes or until barbecue sauce starts to caramelize.
