Buffalo Sheet Pan Chicken & Cauliflower
with Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce

- 1 pound chicken drumsticks
- 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add chicken and Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce and toss until well combined.
- Arrange cauliflower and chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cauliflower is tender.
