Sweet Red Chili Chicken

- 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breasts, even thickness
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Scallions, chopped for garnish
- Lime for garnish
- Cooked basmati rice
- Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade (undefined)
Instructions
- In a large resealable bag, add Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and lime juice. Place chicken breasts inside and let marinate in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once heated, put the chicken on for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove the chicken once it's been cooked through.
- Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and a lime wedge and serve with cooked basmati rice.
