Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs
with Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade

- Meatballs:
- 1 pound of ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
- Garnish:
- Sesame seeds
- Chopped green onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, garlic, salt, and 1/2 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Marinade.
- Roll the chicken mixture into 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch meatballs, forming around 40 meatballs.
- Place meatballs onto a prepared baking sheet and bake until golden brown and cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
- Place cooked meatballs into a large bowl and toss to coat with the remaining Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Marinade.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
