Sweet Golden Mustard Coleslaw Dog
with Sweet Golden Mustard Barbecue Sauce

- 8 hot dogs
- 8 side split hot dog buns
- Slaw
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Golden Mustard
- 1/2 of a medium green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 of a medium red cabbage, shredded
- 1-2 large carrots, shredded
Instructions
- In a small bowl, make a slaw sauce by combining Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Golden Mustard, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise and mixing completely.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, carrots, salt, pepper, and celery seeds and combine with the slaw sauce and set it to the side.
- Grill hot dogs according to instructions.
- Add butter to a skillet then add the buns with the cut side down. Cook until the buns are lightly browned on each side.
- To serve, place one hot dog in each bun. Top each of them with a drizzle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Golden Mustard Barbecue Sauce and a few spoonfuls of slaw. Serve immediately.
