Spicy Grilled Shrimp
with Original Hot Sauce

- ¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original Hot Sauce
- 3 pounds jumbo shrimp (or preferred large shrimp), uncooked with shell removed and deveined
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Parsley for garnish, chopped
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium.
- Combine Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Hot Sauce, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Rinse and pat dry shrimp, then thread shrimp on skewers and baste with sauce.
- Place shrimp on the grill and cook 1-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and the meat is white, being careful not to overcook.
- Plate and garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve immediately with sauce for dipping.
