Nashville Hot Grilled Chicken Skewers
with Nashville Hot Wing Sauce

- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s Nashville Hot Wing Sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Baby dill pickles for garnish
Instructions
- Add chicken to a bowl and toss with 1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Nashville Hot sauce. Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to marinate.
- In a separate bowl, add potatoes and onion and coat with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Once chicken has finished marinating, heat the grill to 400 F.
- Thread skewers* alternately with chicken, potatoes and red onion and place in a baking dish.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side and brush with the remaining ½ cup of sauce after each rotation.
- Remove skewers from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Add pickles for garnish.
