Sweet ‘n Spicy BBQ Beef Brisket Flatbread

with Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 each store-bought flatbread dough
  • 2 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheeses
  • 4 oz. smoked beef brisket, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup red onions, julienne
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles, diced
  • 1 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tbsp scallions, diced
Instructions
  • Brush dough with Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
  • Top with the cheeses, brisket, onion, and pickles.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F until crisp.
  • Remove, cut, and garnish with a drizzle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce and diced scallions.
