BBQ Pork Spare Ribs

with Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2-4 pounds Pork Spare Ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
  • Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
  • Place ribs on grill. Cook for about 15 minutes, flip and cook another 15 minutes.
  • Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Flip ribs back to the original side, baste with sauce mixture and cook 15 minutes. Continue cooking, basting and flipping for another 45 minutes or until tender.
  • Allow to cool and serve with additional Sweet Baby Ray's.
