Ingredients
  • Harpoon Camp Wannamango BBQ Glaze:
  • 6 oz. Harpoon Camp Wannamango (or another crisp Harpoon ale)
  • 12 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Original
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • Steak:
  • 4 12-oz. NY sirloin steaks
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 8 oz. Camp Wannamango BBQ Sauce
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
  • Harpoon Camp Wannamango BBQ Glaze:
  • In a stainless steel bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. This will create 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
