Stuffed BBQ Green Peppers

with Original Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium green peppers
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 12 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
  • Cut the green peppers in half. Remove all seeds and boil for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients except 6 oz. of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce.
  • Divide hamburger mix into 8 equal portions and stuff green peppers. Place peppers on a baking sheet in an oven set at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • After 35 minutes, remove excess grease from each pepper. Top with 1 oz. of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
